I checked mine on Amazon Japan's site. While it had some categories: height, weight, age, fit attributes, and shoe sizes: nothing was populated.
I can only guess that there's hidden information that indicates I'm extremely privacy conscious. But it could be possible that information is populated by cookies which I don't allow.
For me, it was all clearly based on Amazon purchases from the last couple of years. I expected to be appalled by the privacy implications but, actually, it seemed fine to me - pretty much what you'd expect if you asked an LLM to summarise my recent orders.

Mine says I maintain enterprise networks and I sometimes work on stuff around the house.
The only thing it got wrong is Household = 1 Adult. I live with my 5 adult sons.
