  Been a while since I've seen an apache configuration. Curious about this part though:

      ErrorLog /proc/1/fd/2
      CustomLog /proc/1/fd/1 extended

  What's that for?

      # ls -l /proc/1/fd/{1,2}
      lrwx------ 1 root root 64 /proc/1/fd/1 -> /dev/null
      lrwx------ 1 root root 64 /proc/1/fd/2 -> /dev/null

    See: https://stackoverflow.com/a/40007799

    Its sending logs to the container output instead of a file in the container.

  Literally just built this with claude this week to handle all outputs of my GPU generating videos and images

  I'm the maintainer of Arcadeia, an open-source media library you run on your own server.

  Its main feature is dynamic thumbnails: videos preview key moments automatically while you browse, so you can recognize a clip without opening each file. It also supports search, favorites, uploads, network storage and browser playback with transcoding.

  Demo: https://demo.arcadeia.org Setup: https://www.arcadeia.org/docs/getting-started.html Source: https://github.com/travelonium/arcadeia

  It's licensed under AGPL-3.0 and intended for local or trusted network use. It doesn't include built-in authentication for public deployment.

  I'd appreciate feedback on two things: do the animated thumbnails help you find clips, and where does the installation guide get in your way?

    https://demo.arcadeia.org/ not working at the moment

    Getting started says I have to upload media first, can't I just point it at my existing folders?

    Demo seems to be down (503). A screenshot in the readme (or animated gif) goes a long way for anything that includes a UI.
