Good on them. The US trying to export it's own expertise in undermining confidence in the electoral / democratic process is one of the worst things it could do, amongst a litany of bad things it's currently doing.
Yeah, I wasn't sure about even commenting since I know nothing of Brazil's voting or electoral systems, but I do know that if the US is trying to intervene then it is most definitely not with the intention of making anything better, more fair, or more democratic.
According to the Economist Democracy Index, Brazil is a more democratic country than the USA.
