When I worked in IT for the US congress (2012) the internal system that tracks constituents does the same thing. All offices uses it. "Black folks" was the most glaring odd label that I saw.
Joe Rogan's Comedy Mothership does something similar[1]. The worst part about these systems is that the lack of accountability and appeals process. If you end up on the "bad" list, you're banned and probably SOL.

That’s not true at all. There are many rules affecting public establishments, including privately owned ones.
Your house is your house, but once you establish a venue open to the general public, you have to follow rules.
