Hmm, bunch of red flags here: which insane system/service even allows "12345" as a password, in this day and age?! It meets neither the complexity, nor length that any service updated in the past decade would require. Even my router (ASUS) requires a 10 character complex password.
What's more curious is that "12345" is allegedly the most popular password, which means there's a whole bunch of popular systems/services out there are allowing highly insecure passwords to be set... which is very concerning, if true.
