I scoured the web for a bit, but couldn’t come up with a photo of the offending ‘gift’.
Not saying it was a smart move, but I also wonder how much of the enforcement ‘action’ is solely to score political points.

- I’m sure there are a lot of objects that could be ‘made’ into an operable gun.

As a Kiwi; lmao. It's so weird because American police/FBI culture is so intertwined with firearm use as an identity.
NZ police is the total opposite of that, must be incomprehensible for the director.
