I think many Christians are turning around on that. Ted Cruz pointing out "blessing Israel is in the Bible" was actually a waking point for many.
A lot more people are now pointing out that, in Christian lore, Jesus made God's love for all people, an explicitly rebukes Jews in the new testament.

gay marriage is legal in israel and both partners get all rights. gender affirming care is part of government provided medical services.
gay/trans palestinians running away (honor killing and stuff) can get asylum in Israel .
