Countries that stop their young people being preyed upon by Meta/Google/X etc. will be kinder and more productive societies. It's a shame it won't be happening in the West any time soon.
Terrible news. But not at all surprising. The judicial system of Brazil, at its highest level, has been deeply corrupted away from supporting liberal values and its constitution. It has instead become politically biased, and heavily supports surveillance and censorship. This has been evident in the actions of Alexandre de Moraes, who is famous from his battle with Twitter/X over censorship, but unfortunately now its the culture of the entire judiciary system and politicians at the highest levels including Lula.
Probably not, otherwise you would known they are following their constitution.
It was exactly because they are following their constitution that the ex president Bolsonaro was charged and convicted for crimes against the democracy.
So I think you need to stop spreading disinformation.

The law does mandate age verification but does not establish the mechanism.
Digital ID verification though cannot be used because the LGPD, the Brazilian equivalent to the European GDPR, classify this as a privacy violation.
