I was curious about Apple's complaint that Samsung wasn't required to follow the same rules.
I found the EC's decision. Samsung isn't acting as a gatekeeper, they have little if any lock-in. For example, on any phone they sell an alternative browser can already be installed etc.
The Apple PR push is very interesting. They must have done a good job with the press because the Guardian title is awful - the DMA isn’t an anti-monopoly law - and the article in Le Monde on feature restriction is equally bad.
Anyway, it’s nice seeing Apple pandering to the Trump administration. If anyone had doubts about Apple true face, it should make it clear.

This is Apple weaponising Trump's animosity towards the EU, imo. I hope the EU does not waver.
