unfortunatly good data on the worlds oceans is not good enough to draw conclusions about what is happening. at 1.3 billion km³ it will take a concerted effort to monitor what is going on, other than the simple fact, that it is warming and expanding.
Think Tanks like these predicted a new ice age, floods and increased sea levels drowning out major cities over the past decades. It's like the narrative around climate is one giant movable goalpost.
