How is this not discrimination?
Discrimination against men drivers or something?
Because you’re still able to call a regular uber.
Discrimination isn’t always illegal, as it’s the mechanism for decision making, when you choose A over B.
Offering a diversity of services for a larger subset of choices and maintaining the original choice is the positive way to look at it.
