Will it run OSX or IOS?
I would guess MacOS. In case this is the reason you're asking, we know that it's possible to run MacOS on an A series chip because of the Developer Transition Kit: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_A12X#Developer_Transitio...
IIRC the A series chips lack the features necessary for efficient virtualization, but of course there's a large market for people who never run a VM on their laptop.
