Was interested in this but this article is mostly just an ad for some hiring website/service. “Oh hiring sucks, use our service and hiring won’t suck!” Is the entire post.
This speaks to why online job posting is broken.
LinkedIn and others have made it so easy to apply, that the old school friction to apply weeded out candidates.
It’s a bit like why US Congress people prioritize reading handwritten letter physically mailed, over email.
