Fat cell specific absorption would imply generalised fat deposits but my understanding (limited) is that adipose brown fat is somewhat location specific so conversion would want to be localised too or else you'd have brown fat where it isn't usually found. That's why I wonder if this is a targeted injection and an additive to limit mobilisation at large.
